  1. Because of the high usage of the hard drives here at Home Dba, I run a
  2. defrag program nearly every day; however, most hard drive users should
  3. expect to only need to run a defrag program weekly. Each user of course
  4. will make different use of his/her drive so run your disk map display
  5. program regularly to keep up to date on the status of your drive. You
  6. needn't be concerned with the running of the disk map display program
  7. as it executes in a metter of seconds and merely reads and reports on
  8. your drive.
